Love him or hate him, we can all can agree that President Trump has delivered fresh “content” to internet meme-lords since Day 0. For his birthday we go through the Top 5 Trump-isms in GIFs so far:

Fake News

Fake News was the biggest term coined after the 2016 US Elections. This term grew out of American distrust of mainstream media and we are using this term everyday to express our ‘disbelief’. Since then, it hasn’t gone away from our lexicon.

Trump Draws

Started off as a polarizing executive order, this meme became the biggest driver of Trump searches and shares on Valentine’s Day. It allowed so many possibilities, the internet just went wild with it! I mean, this collection is hilarious!

Covfefe

Trump confused the world with his evening “covfefe” tweet. It was supposed to be a simple typo for “coverage”. People were ready to let go of it. But then, Press Secretary Sean Spicer noted that “[Trump] and a small group of people knew exactly what he meant.” And so the jokes resumed. Ever since then, the President and covfefe have become synonymous.

Trump Wall

Trump Handshake

Trump’s go-to power move for foreign leaders always starts with an attempted heavy handed handshake that clearly doesn’t play well to his critics. This overtly machismo behavior makes everyone involved uncomfortable.
